EZcarlift’s optional casters will allow the vehicle to be moved around the work area while on the lift (See EZCarlift Group Buy). This is perfect for long term projects where the vehicle has to be off the ground. While you are waiting for parts or for time to do the work, you can move the vehicle to the side and free up the space in your garage. Or you can move the project vehicle from the storage place to the work area. It is also advantages when you are seasonably storing your vehicle. Your vehicle will be off the ground and can be placed to the side of the garage (storage area) freeing up additional space. Or you can use it to free up more garage space for everyday use, (where you can bring your weekend fun driver out for the weekend.)

Attaching the caster is very easy. Just raise the EZcarlift to about 18 inches of the ground, insert the Quick Release Detent Ring Pin with the Dolly Arm in the lifts leg and lower the lift until the legs are off the ground.

The 4-position Swivel locks allow precise moving (steering) of the vehicle while on the lift all by your self (no need to share your precious beer supplies with your buddies). Once finding the new location lock the wheel brakes and enjoy!

I am seing the 11+ very easily. It is just very handy item escpesialy for the Corvair and Porsche guys or any one who will be working on front end, rear end etc. Also dont forget if you have a heavy objects to move in you houde hold, use the lift to lift it ond the casters to move it. This is what I do with the Corvair drive trains (~450lbs).

How many EZcarlift(s) are required to move a full size car? If only one unit is required I will buy one in a heart beat.

Reason for edit: greater clarity

Only one, assuming the car is below the 4400 pound limit.

dtbowden - I hope I have not mislead you. This group buy is for optional casters for the Ezcarlift; they are not useful on their own. They are an accessory for the main lift which is on a group buy here:

http://www.gotogroupbuy.com/229/EZCARLIFT.aspx

The lift buy is almost over - ending today.
