Orange TPM Sensor Installation Instructions (pdf)

I talked to Nigel from Orange Electronic USA and was able to get some phenomenal pricing on their TPMS kit for us.

http://www.orange-electronic.com/eng...uct/sub01.html

He also stated that he'd establish a login and password for 6speeders to log into on his site to place the orders to get our special pricing, we are buying directly from the manufacturer.

The first tier starts at 10 so in order for us to start ordering we need at least 10 commited buyers. I cannot post the logins in the forums as the pricing is well below what the retailers are selling these kits for, but I'll PM them to you once we have a group of buyers.

So far the quote is

10-49 = $120

50-99 = $110

100+ = Would be close to wholesale as we are buying direct from the factory.

Also, he assured me their system would work with Porsche wheels and if there is indeed any problems with the valve steem, he promissed that they'd make a valvesteem to work with our wheels.

I am not really sure I understand your question, the sensors fit inside the wheel cavity on the end of the valve stems as in the picture. You replace your valve stems with the ones supplied in the kit.

Hope this helps

NIgel, I'm a commited buyer and interested in 2 systems, one for the 01 996 turbo, do you have a set for an 03 4Runner V8 Sport?

Thanks

The 996TT hollow turbo twists use an all metal valve stem as opposed to the non-hollow turbo twists that use a rubber stem. There is a reason for this by design the gap between the walls should not have any rubber in it.

How do the Orange valve stems seal against the inside/outside walls of the rim, are they all metal?

On accuracy, how close do the readings read to a quality old-fashioned pressure gauge? How frequently are the measurements made and sent to the receiver unit?

I use my stock wheels for track use and want to know how good a system this is for track guys..

Sure the same kit will fit both of your vehicles.

Before I commit to purchase. I am located in Alberta, Canada.

Will you ship USPS? I refuse to use UPS, due the fact they rape us on brokerage fees.

Once you have the minimum 10 confirmed, how soon will you start shipping? Will it be only after the closing date or as soon as the minimum 10 are in?
